Report a Recovery Residence

If you believe someone is dying or has died or the house is on fire:

If you believe a child is being exposed to illegal drug use, drug dealing, abuse, or other criminal activity:

If you witness:
  • Belligerent, erratic behavior by people in front of a house, on a driveway or in the street
  • Belligerent, erratic behavior inside the house that can be heard outside the house (disturbing the peace)
  • Indications of drug trafficking
  • Excessive noise
  • Cars or trucks illegally parked across sidewalks
  • Excessive parking in the public right-of-way
  • Abandoned vehicles or parking for more than 72 hours on the street
  • A drug deal taking place

If you witness violations that you would also report to your other neighbors including (see examples of Frequently Referenced Codes):
  • Violations of building/zoning codes (i.e. people are being housed in sheds or garages)
  • More than 6 unrelated adults are living (not just sleeping) on the property with no Conditional Use Permit
  • Abandoned vehicles or parking for more than 72 hours on the property
  • People sleeping overnight on the property in an RV
  • People parking cars on the lawn

If you believe the number of cars associated with the property violates CC&Rs or the property is violating CC&Rs in another way:
Contact Your Homeowners Association

If you believe a facility is:
  • Unlicensed
  • Advertising on a property it doesn't own
  • Advertising treatment in your neighborhood
  • Making false claims on the internet
  • Not operating in an above-board fashion (see Sheriffs)
