     ​aka "Sober Living Homes"

City Council Member Derek Reeve (San Juan Capistrano) has done the following:
 
           11/2015 - Voted against a 45 day moratorium on Congregate Care facilities in residential zones
           3/15/16 - 
V​oted against a year-long moratorium on Congregate Care facilities in residential zones
          10/18/16 - Voted in favor of endorsing Darrell Issa's HR 6070 Safe Recovery and Community Empowerment Act
​           1/17/17 - Voted against clarification of ban on short-term, transitory lodging
           8/31/18 - Indicated on his Facebook page that he had placed the issue of ending abuses of
                                  Sober Living Industry on the September 4 agenda and will be urging the council
                                  to vote to support AB 3162, co-sponsored by State Senator Pat Bates.
