In February of 2019, Rep. Trone created a bipartisan Freshmen Working Group on Addiction to focus on the opioid crisis. Rep. Levin joined the group immediately.
In August 2019, Congressman Levin, joined by Congress Members Porter and Rouda, and others requested the Justice Department describe the department’s progress toward enforcement of the antibrokering aspects of a 2018 law and answer the following questions:
