Subject: Strongly Oppose SB 43

Dear Committee Staff,

Our family is writing to you today to inform you of our opposition to SB 43.   Patient brokering in the state of California is illegal.  The state of California has outlawed patient brokering for a reason.  We strongly oppose SB 43 and ask that you defeat it in committee.

Thank you.
